R&D Research & Development
.
In the factory of the fourth industrial revolution, in the era of digitalization and continuous implementation, R&D is the beating heart of the factory.
It is required to study new products, their continuous adaptation to the market, the modification of production processes, the most advanced human-machine interaction possible.
R&D is the set of activities undertaken by companies to innovate and improve their products, services or processes. R&D is therefore essential to maintain a competitive advantage and adapt to market changes.
However, in a context of continuous innovation, the real operation is not only the updating of technology, but the anthropological transformation of man

.

.
- Define objectives appropriate to the market, strategy, and positioning of the company
- Create multidisciplinary teams with transversal skills capable of communicating with all company functions
- Promote the culture of innovation at all levels through continuous training so that they are ready to embrace change or even suggest or anticipate it
- Collaborate with external research centers, universities, and other companies
“The modern company is an organization always ready to revolutionise products and processes in an incessant transformation for competition”

.
The states, aware of the socio-economic importance of a competitive industrial sector, help research and development in various ways both with funding and through direct and indirect tax incentives (i.e. to investors who, in this way, save on tax payments)
The aid market requires an adequate capacity to intercept calls and to always have basic projects to modulate according to deadlines.
The EU is particularly attentive to this aspect and promotes research between different entities located in various states of the union to facilitate the exchange of knowledge following in particular the Oslo Protocol

Our team has thirty years of experience in the research sector, with a long collaboration with universities, public and private research centres, having had the opportunity to manage numerous projects encouraged and financed by public bodies with public recognitions highly appreciated in international fairs
.
Projects are designed, financed and managed long over 20 years of experience. Many projects were pilot projects followed by several public administrations.
Other projects are still valid and breakthroughs.
One project was awarded at the SMAU, the most important IT fair in Italy.
Of course, the experience is pinned on the characteristic of the ownership, having them taken place over the years with various firms.
The cooperation with 3EM Group, and 3EM Group Lab R&D, is of fundamental and strategic importance
